About the opportunity
You will prospect and visit small and medium-sized businesses within an agreed area, explain the commercial benefits of protecting a business name or brand, and introduce suitable clients to UKTrademark.org.
This is a commission-only, self-employed B2B field sales position designed for experienced salespeople who are organised, resilient, professional and serious about generating results.
There is no cap on earnings. Commission is paid within 24 hours of a completed, qualifying sale.
What you will do
- ✓ Prospect and visit SMEs and independent businesses.
- ✓ Explain the value of UK trade mark protection clearly and accurately.
- ✓ Follow the approved sales and compliance process.
- ✓ Record prospects, sales activity and follow-up actions.
- ✓ Never accept cash payments from clients.
About you
- ✓ Experienced in B2B, SME, field or direct sales.
- ✓ Confident approaching and speaking with business owners.
- ✓ Organised, motivated and commercially focused.
- ✓ Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
- ✓ Able to work independently and follow compliance requirements.
